Title: Winter
Post by: Chris on February 12, 2016, 12:36:34 PM
Every year I need to complain about the cold weather to someone. Anyone. My wife is tired of hearing my whining about it and how I want to move to Florida. All I get for a response anymore is something about not letting the door hit me in the...

So there. I said it, and I feel better now.

But I'm still cold.

Well Chris, Sounds like you need a trip to your LGS's range to fire some rounds.

That's a start. But when I'm done there, I'm driving to Florida!

In my dreams...  :main_whistling:

We're freezing, but still warmer than up there.

Can you see blue sky & sunshine?

Try living in the wet, gray, gloomy, darkness.

Spring is near.  Hang in there.  You will make it.  Watch a Jerry Springer episode and get a new perspective on what a real problem might be.

What's worse than a cold winter is a cold winter where you discover your concrete patio and sunken and water is running towards your foundation! Here I am today prepping it for the concrete lifting guys to show up this week. Also dug out all the fiber expansion joint material to seal it after the lift. Froze my ass off. And that's a lot of frozen!  :main_tongue:

Now, that sucks.  I ran a water hose in some squirrel holes a few years ago.  About a week later my whole front porch dropped about a foot.  Had to bust it all up and start over.  I don't mess with those squirrels anymore.
