I just got mine and on my first trip to the range the LRBHO worked one time. after that is has not worked since.
Inspection of the lower showed that the small pin that works the LRBHO has gone missing. I don't know if it broke off or if it was not installed properly. either way, it no longer holds open.

I have left a CONTACT US message asking for a replacement part to be shipped to me and I will install it. I don't really want to send it back since everything else works fine.

If they won't ship out a new pin or an entire new BHO part I will just live with it.

If it’s the pin, it could be the magazine. I have some old worn out mags that won’t hold open in my Glock due to weak springs.

Solved the LRBHO problem by removing 2mm of rubber off the recoil buffer rebound thereby allowing the BCG to move approximately 3mm further back after each fired shot, The LRBHO will only function if the BCG moves back far enough for the LRBHO to activate
cheers guys and good luck
