Extended Magazine

I did a search but I find it hard to believe that no one has mentioned this.
Why does no one make a magazine with an extra round or two. I find empty finger extensions and ten round magazines for the DB380 but......

Actually, I think this is a great idea.  That, and take or grind off the tip of the bottom of the standard magazine.  It does absolutely nothing for me shooting wise, but I have to worry about it printing from a pocket holster.  My little finger isn't going to make it onto the handle anyway.
