DB9 trigger reset observation
« on: January 11, 2015, 02:24:39 PM »
After I removed and replaced my DB9 slide rear cover I cycled some snap caps to make sure the trigger reset properly.  The trigger reset just fine.  I had not previously noticed that the trigger actually resets after the slide travels rearward just about a 1/4" of an inch, long before the slide ejects the spend casing and returns to battery.  I was delighted to find that I don't have to wrack the slide fully to the rear to reset the trigger when using snap caps.
