Buy a gun that you won't question. After a hundred rounds in my Ar. and not being able to hold zero I realized the barrel and hand guard were hand tight. Now I question the rifle every time I look at it. Never again!

Everything looks good. Now need to get to the range to run a few rounds through it.

I have just found a listing at Sportsmans Warehouse for a Black/Stainless Steel FS9:

It IS a finished part.

I would get a backup carry gun anyway.  Regardless of the brand, many require a trip back to the factory sooner or later.
