My DB10FDE Specs, Pics and Range Report
« on: May 17, 2017, 03:47:53 PM »
After selling a few DB10's and having customers tell me how accurate they shot (sub MOA). I sold my custom Remington 700 and purchased a DB10FDE.

Parts added
-Leupold Mark 4 4.5-14 scope
-EGW HD rings
-Leupold riser
-Luth AR stock, so I could use a B&T monopod
-Atlas bipod
-Giessele, Hi speed national match trigger

The rifle looks great! and shots even better.

The first time at the range (after I sighted it in) I shot four consecutive groups at 100 yards with Federal Match 175 grain Sierra bullets. The first group was in the center, then top right. I put my Silencer Co Omega on and shot the only group not under an inch on the top right and the last group was bottom right.

Next time at the range, I will stretch it out to 1000 yards.

Stay tuned.

RANGE REPORT
We went to Felix Canyon Ranch last weekend 9/8-10/2017 with the DB10 (and TRG42).

With the DB10, I was able to make 5 out of 5 consecutive hits on a 10" target at 1000 yards!

I was also able to make a few hits on a 36"x36" target at 1400 yards!

We went to 1 mile/1760 yards and I didn't have enough elevation left on my scope to attempt a shot at that distance... I need a 20 or 30 MOA rail.

All the shots were with 175 grain Sierra bullets.

Is anyone else using their DB10 for long range shooting?

Wow. Impressive! I don't think there's a scope with enough power for me to see a plate at 1,00 yards. LOL
