Customer Service

I just purchased my third Diamondback. I have an AR in 556 and 7.62. This time I purchased the DB9RPB10, 9mm AR pistol. Previously I have had no issues with their customer service. However, I have completed the question section on their website and called leaving messages multiple times. As of yet I have not received an email response or call back advising me how I can purchase the hand guard that is used DB15PCB10, 556 AR pistol. Anyone else experiencing similar issues with customer service lately?

Only a guess from past experience, whenever there is a delay, its usually when customer service is waiting for an answer or a decision from someone else (Sales, Mktg, Engr, Mfg, Purch, etc).  For example, lets say the handguard isnt currently available, but is coming soon, or could be done as a one off, etc. Again all hypothetical.

I fully understand. But I have left messages and used the contact section numerous times since January. No response, not even a we are looking to the matter. In the past I received some type of reply within 2 business days.
