Are you the original owner of the gun?
DB sent me a UPS prepaid shipping label when mine had to go back for repairs.

Handguns: DB9FS, M&P22C, Sig Mosquito, M&P22, Ruger SR9, Ruger EC9S, Ruger LC9S Pro, Walther CCP

I believe that shipping a firearm must go thru an FFL

I am the original owner. I will e-mail Diamondback. When I sent a Zastava back to Century for warranty work 2-3 years ago I didn't need to go through an FFL, but maybe the rules are different now.

Definitely contact them. They have always been very responsive to any emails I've sent them.
I mostly have dealt with Kimmy.

DB covered all expenses for my warranty work. Including shipping to and from.

If you are the owner you can send the gun to Diamondback. They can send it back to you, if it is the same gun.  In my case they could not fix my gun so they sent me a new one.  Since that was a new gun, they had to send it to an FFL who had to do a background check on me to give me my new gun.

I used FedEx to send my gun to Diamondback. If they send you a shipping label, it could also be UPS.

Diamondback sent a UPS label to me yesterday. I'll try to get over to UPS tomorrow to send the package on the way. So far customer service has been very good.
