DB9 striker spring spacer
«

I replaced the factory spring with the Galloway spring. With the Galloway spring in place there wasn’t enough give in the spring to replace the spacer that is used with the factory spring. I reassembled the gun without the spacer and have shot approximately 75 rounds with no issues. Anyone else experience this?
Thanks.

Are you talking about the two little cups that go on the end of the spring?

I think you are talking about the 2 half moon clips that actually retain the spring onto the striker.
But no the spacer I’m referring to is located at the other end of the spring which would be toward the rear of the slide.

I see, I just pick a DB9 up and change it out with the same spring from Galloway and got it on there, wasn't easy but I got it on. As long as it works go with it.
