Diamondback customer service

Has anyone had experience with CS? I had a question about removing the front sight I sent to them two weeks ago and have not had any type of responses just wondering if this is the norm. :main_undecided_ncc:

Doesn’t sound like them. I have found the customer service to be very good

Sent my DB380 to DB for service. FTE and FTF quite a bit.  They said 4-6 week turnaround.  During the 6th week I received an email that it’s on its way back to me.  They completely rebuilt the gun. Only original part is the frame with the serial number.  Now I have a Gen 3 version of the gun as opposed to a Gen 2.  I hope to target shoot it later this week.  Great service.

I went to the range today and put two boxes through my new gun. It  worked flawlessly I am very happy.
