Looking good. I also installed anti-walk pins and the world became much rounder...  :main_smiley_ncc:

We noticed tighter groups in my sons DB10 after lapping the upper receiver, re-crowning, adjusting/clearance of the gas tube for no contact on the upper, and changing out triggers. Are you experiencing any play between the upper and lower receiver yet?

Made it out to the range today with new load and new trigger installed. I'm happy with the results. Took a little time to get use to the new trigger but I like it. Next thing to do is duplicate, verify and then make a bunch of them. Load that worked for me is: 168 ELD M 42.5 grains of IMR 4895 OAL is 2.809 Winchester Brass trimmed to 2.015 210M primers. 5 shot group at 100 yards. See attachment

Now that's a nice group!  What are you using for glass?

I like leupold.  I have a 1.5 x 4 20mm on my AR15.
