Update my warranty process - I had the same cylinder lock issue.
Communication with Diamondback was pleasant.
- I mailed the revolver back to Diamondback (Diamondback paid the postage).
- They determined that repair was not the best option, and decided to mail me a new revolver.
- I needed to provide an FFL since this new firearm would need to be transferred to me.
- They provided a 4 - 6 week mailing estimate; however it was a little earlier than that.
- Diamondback paid the postage to the FFL; however, I had to pay the FFL a $50 transfer fee.
Note - the replacement revolver was much better, and cylinder did not lock up. But the 22 LR cylinder did not align quite right, and would not close into place without physically pulling the ejector rod (retracting the cylinder pin). The 22 MAG cylinder works ok. I have not fired the revolver yet, although I assume it will shoot ok.
