mystery to me. how do you remove this handguard? the bottom does not appear to be any type of screw/screwhead. the side i've tried turning and it hasn't budged. i didn't want to force anything. suggestions?

i've called DB - they never answer, left messages - they never call back, emailed website - never respond, emailed from my email - never respond. WOW so glad i haven't had a warranty problem with the rifle, i can only imagine the customer service!

My M-lok rail has two screws right where the barrel meets the receiver that use the star tool.  They look like they are about where your single screw is.  I don't know how much torque they put on them.  Maybe you just have to turn it harder?

My allen wrench was bendinf and no movement from that screw. Dont know if they locktight the screw, reverse threads, or something else. If only DB had some type of customer service 😤
