Shooting The Bull's 9mm Testing
« on: December 10, 2013, 12:29:17 AM »
Here's the 1st video in what will be a series of ballistics tests through a 3" barrel into gel blocks. He chose the Sig P938 as the mule. There's also a series of .380 tests through a TCP. He'll take the top gel contenders and run those through 4 layers of denim into 10% ballistics gel for the best results. The 380 tests were outstanding and an eye opener. Both the 380 and 9mm tests are designed around what the majority of people carry as a defensive weapon.

I was running Underwood 380 with the Golden Saber bullet, and it didn't do that well in the testing. In the final evaluation, the XTP bullets came out on top, with "Precision One" as the overall winner. Underwood said they're interested in making some 380's with the Hornady XTP bullet, and I hope they do.

So on with the 9mm testing. Please like and subscribe, as this guy has been putting lots of effort (and money) into these tests, and he really produces very well done videos!
