Wolf Steel Ammo w/ Diamondback

I am considering getting the 6.5 Grendel in the DB15.  Steel cased ammo is quite a bit cheaper than brass.  Have any of you used this?  Any issues?  Recommended or not?  I do not plan on shooting a ton; just some plinking and coyote hunting.  Thanks.

I've not tried steel ammo in anything but an SKS (7.62x39).  Never had a single problem but anything runs in an SKS.  My impression is that running it in a GI system is not as easy.  Probably why you are asking...

I not own the 6.5 but have the DB-15 in 5.56.  I have ran a ton of Wolf Steel through it with 0 issues.  In fact, I was getting pretty solid groups, which surprised me.

I've tried the switch brass 2 steel...I use 2 always say there's not that much difference....well I was wrong...the steel was throwing my shots off a little...went back 2 brass...group tighten back up....how...I don't know...as long as it's on the paper I'm good....Wolf Steel Ammo w/ Diamondback
