CZ 527
« on: March 19, 2021, 06:59:25 PM »
Damn, CZ makes some fine bolt action carbines. The 527 I received is freaking beautiful, lightweight, and chambered for 7.62x39. It took forever to find one that wasn't way over Covid priced, but eventually scored one. Yes, still overpriced, but these days if you want one you have to pay for the privilege. Super happy with it so far. It has fixed sights, but I ordered a Leupold scope and Warne rings for it which should be here soon. Can't wait to get it to the range. It has that crazy "set" trigger, which reduces the standard pull weight of 3.5lbs to a mere 1lb by simply pushing the trigger bow forward into the "set" position. Trigger tuning is amazing. I'll attach a pic that shows all the tuning adjustments.

I'll report back after a range trip.
